Make sure you have done sufficient background checks prior to placing the deposit. You can also ask for a different form of payment, such as a letter of credit or use Escrow services.
It is important that you protect yourself from the rare cases of fraud that may occur due to concealment of true identity on the Internet. Do business with partners with reliable information.
Please be awarded when you are doing business with buyers requesting NET payment method. Firstly, the buyer will place several orders at profitable price as a bait. After several deals, they will request NET payment terms for the coming transactions. Once you shipped the components, the buyer may delay the payment by making all kinds of excuses and even vanished. If you are doubt for a transaction, you are recommended to check the Reported Companies or use Escrow service for your transactions.
